Greater Shepparton Secondary College

Members Statement:

I was lucky to take a tour of the Greater Shepparton Secondary College building last week with a group of students, the Minister for Education and those who were involved with the making of this facility. The children were delighted to see their state-of-the-art facility, and I can already see how it will serve our young people for decades to come and help them succeed in whatever avenue of study or career they may choose. The facility was a long time coming. Our students were suffering from falling enrolments, poor attendance rates and low aspiration and education outcomes, but the investment in the Shepparton Education Plan will look to address these issues and make lifetime improvements for our young people.
